REPAIRS are taking place to a burst water main affecting residents in Upper Dicker, Lower Dicker, Horsebridge and Hellingly.

Frustration is building due to the lack of water supply stations and information from South-East Water (SEW).

Vulnerable residents have also said supplies have not been delivered despite being on the Priority Services Register (PSR).

Workers are currently fixing the burst on the A271 at Horsebridge (pictured), but there’s no information from SEW as to when supplies will be restored.

Customers in Hellingly and Horsebridge have told Hailsham News that their supplies ran out around 4am on Saturday morning.

Hailsham News has attempted to contact SEW to find out where water supply stations will be located, but we’ve received no reply.

We will update residents on this website if/when we receive more information.

Any updates can also be found here.
